Overview

Capitol Non-Profit Builders^SM(CNPB) is ImpacTech Systems, LLC's (ITS) productized, subscription-based learning and strategic development platform for non-profit organizations and organizations which fund non-profit organizations. The basis for our development of CNPB was our belief that having access to strategic expertise should be accessible and sustainable, continuously supporting organizations' growth. This is supported by 18 years of successful management and strategy development of non-profit, civic, and governmental relations initiatives.

The development was led by the 20 years of strategic insight and experience of experience of ITS CEO and Chief Strategist, Krystel Reid Heath, MSW. Ms. Reid Heath has guided civic and non-profit leaders through systemic change, developing innovative training programs, campaign and governmental relations strategies, and research-based tools which deliver measurable outcomes.

CNPB is a customizable platform, designed to enable organizations to grow and scale throughout the lifecycle of non-profit organizations, from building a strong foundation through the development and management of systems through a curated blend of structured tracks, practical courses, implementation tools, resources, and peer-to-peer engagement.

ITS is seeking to license and / or sell the CNPB system to an organization, with a complete transfer of the intellectual property rights (ownership), supported by a phased contract to ensure seamless product buildout, customization and implementation.
